Abstract: A method and an apparatus for detecting co-channel interference in a WLAN are provided. The method provided herein includes: A communication device detects a first energy value and a second energy value, where the first energy value is an energy value of a signal on a channel before a WLAN frame is sent, and the second energy value is an energy value of a signal on the channel after the WLAN frame is sent. The communication device determines, based on the first energy value and the second energy value, that the WLAN frame is subject to interference.

Abstract: A communications system is disclosed. The communications system includes a first access point and a second access point whose operating channels overlap. The first access point and the second access point each measure a signal strength of a response frame sent by a terminal device associated with the first access point, to obtain a first signal strength and a second signal strength. The first access point determines, based on the first signal strength and the second signal strength, a power, a power upper limit, or a power adjustment value to be used by the second access point when the second access point and the first access point perform concurrent transmission. The communications system can perform a step of measuring the signal strength in the concurrent transmission between the access points, and reduce dependence on the terminal device.

Abstract: A receiving station simultaneously receives a plurality of procedure protocol data units (PPDUs) from a sending station on a plurality of channels, where the plurality of PPDUs includes a plurality of media access control protocol data unit (MPDU) sets, and each of the plurality of MPDU sets includes at least a copy of a start MPDU. The receiving station sends a block acknowledgment on one or more channels of the plurality of channels, where the block acknowledgment includes acknowledgment information, and the acknowledgment information indicates acknowledgment of MPDUs successfully received on the plurality of channels and transmission quality of each of the plurality of MPDU sets.
