    Abstract: This disclosure provides example wireless connection establishment methods and apparatuses. One example method includes sending, by a first network node, first resource configuration information to a second network node, and establishing, by the first network node, a wireless connection to a terminal and the second network node based on the first resource configuration information or received second resource configuration information that is sent by the second network node. Therefore, exchange of resource configuration information does not need to wait to be performed before a specific wireless connection is initialized or in a wireless connection establishment process, thereby reducing a control plane delay of establishing different procedures between the first network node and the second network node.

    Abstract: A time synchronization method, and device are described. The method includes determining a target base station from neighboring base stations of a source base station; determining, based on a preset handover condition and from first user equipments (UEs) connected to the source base station, a to-be-handed-over UE that needs to be handed over to the target base station; triggering the to-be-handed-over UE to be handed over from the source base station to the target base station; and performing time synchronization with the target base station in a handover process of the to-be-handed-over UE. The to-be-handed-over UE is triggered to be handed over to the pre-determined target base station. This implements time synchronization with the target base station, resolves relatively low flexibility of time synchronization between base stations in a related technology, and improves flexibility of time synchronization between the source base station and the target base station.

    Abstract: A synchronization method and a device in a communications network are provided.     Abstract: According to a synchronization method and apparatus provided in this application, a source station sends location information of the source station; and after obtaining a signal propagation delay that is calculated according to the location information of the source station and location information of a to-be-synchronized station, the to-be-synchronized station performs synchronization with the source station according to a synchronization reference time obtained by subtracting the propagation delay from a receiving time of a first network reference signal received from the source station. It can be learned that, in a process in which the to-be-synchronized station performs synchronization with the source station, the signal propagation delay between the to-be-synchronized station and the source station is used to compensate for the receiving time of the first network reference signal. Therefore, the consumed propagation delay can be subtracted from the synchronization reference time, so that synchronization accuracy is improved.
