Abstract: A positioning method includes sending, by a to-be-positioned node, a first request to a first node, where the first request includes device information of N second nodes, and the N is a positive integer greater than or equal to one, receiving measurement information from the first node, where the measurement information includes location information of the N second nodes and distances between the first node and the N second nodes, and obtaining location information of the to-be-positioned node according to the measurement information and measurement time information obtained through monitoring a process in which the first node performs distance measurement.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide an air-ground communication control method. The method is applied to a hierarchical network that includes a ground network and at least one aerial network, and the method includes: receiving, by a ground platform, location information of a high-altitude platform sent by the high-altitude platform, where the ground platform is located in the ground network, the high-altitude platform is located in the aerial network, and a beam of the high-altitude platform covers the ground platform; determining a beam direction according to location information of the ground platform and the location information of the high-altitude platform; and sending beam width information to the high-altitude platform in the beam direction, where the beam width information is used to adjust an interval of sending the location information of the high-altitude platform.

Abstract: Disclosed is an interference coordination method, a base station, and a high altitude platform station. The high altitude platform station receives information that includes a location of a base station and a radius of a central area of a coverage area of the base station, and calculates an interference start time and an interference end time according to the received information and a flight parameter of the high altitude platform station. The high altitude platform station sends interference coordination information to the base station, where the interference coordination information includes the interference start time, the interference end time, and a frequency band of a carrier used in both an edge area of a coverage area of the high altitude platform station and the central area of the coverage area of the base station. The base station adjusts the coverage area of the carrier according to the interference coordination information.
