Abstract: An energy-saving method and a terminal device are provided. The energy-saving method may be performed by a first terminal device, and the first terminal device and a second terminal device are bound with a one-number-multi-terminal service. The energy-saving method includes: when a condition for power saving is satisfied, performing a power-off operation on a baseband module and an AP core of the first terminal device, and controlling a Bluetooth module of the first terminal device to be in a power-on state. Because the first terminal device and the second terminal device are bound with the one-number-multi-terminal service, when a baseband module of the second terminal device is in a power-on state, the first terminal device and the second terminal device may communicate with each other by using the Bluetooth module, and a function, for example, calling, of the first terminal device is not affected.

Abstract: A stride length calibration method includes detecting, by a first device, that a user is walking or running, and collecting a quantity of movement steps of the user. The method further includes determining whether a stride length of the user in a preset database needs to be calibrated. The method further includes requesting to obtain, from a second device, an actual movement distance of the user when calibration is needed. The stride length of the user in the preset database is provided to the first device to calculate a movement distance of the user. The method further includes calculating, by the first device, an actual stride length of the user based on the actual movement distance of the user and the quantity of movement steps of the user. The method further includes updating the stride length of the user in the preset database by using the actual stride length obtained through calculation.
