Abstract: The invention provides a session restoration method, device and system. The method includes: receiving, by a standby PCRF, a CCR-U message sent by a PCEF, where the CCR-U message is sent by the PCEF after determining that a session needs to be updated; and according to the CCR-U message, re-establishing, by the standby PCRF, a session and making a PCC policy decision.
