摘要： An apparatus having a monitoring means which monitors the number of input/output requests waiting for reconnection, and a switching means which dynamically switches a reconnection request issuing system to be executed by a controlling means to either a first system (one path mode) or a second system (scattering mode), thereby rapidly solving the waiting state when the number of the input/output requests waiting for reconnection is large, while preventing the busy rate of paths from unnecessarily increasing.
