摘要: A control system of a low voltage DC-DC converter is provided. The system includes a low voltage DC-DC converter unit that has a power semiconductor element and converts power supplied from a high voltage battery of a vehicle into power of low voltage. A switching frequency change unit changes a switching frequency of the power semiconductor element and a microcomputer generates a final PWM signal based on an input voltage value input from the high voltage battery and an output voltage value of the switching frequency change unit to apply a maximum duty command voltage to a PWM controller. The PWM controller applies PWM voltage to the power semiconductor element to thus operate the power semiconductor element at less than a maximum duty based on the maximum duty command voltage applied from the microcomputer.

摘要: An apparatus and method for controlling an LDC of a hybrid vehicle are provided. The apparatus includes a determining controller that receives state information of an auxiliary battery, while the LDC is being operated in a first mode based on a detected voltage, and that determines whether an entry condition for a second mode based on a current is satisfied. An arithmetic controller calculates a charging current compensation value of the auxiliary battery when the entry condition for the second mode is satisfied and a mode controller enters the second mode and that controls the LDC based on the charging current compensation value of the auxiliary battery when the entry condition for the second mode is satisfied.

摘要: A vehicle charging control method is provided. The method includes recognizing scheduled charging information predetermined for vehicle charging and detecting charging equipment connected to the vehicle. Whether a scheduled charging is performed is determined based at least on whether charging information from the charging equipment corresponds to the scheduled charging information. Whether an automatic charging is performed is determined based at least on predetermined user set-up information when the charging information deviates from the scheduled charging information. A charging operation, including the scheduled charging and the automatic charging is then performed for the vehicle.

摘要: A method for controlling a relay of an auxiliary battery by a controller includes deciding whether or not a low direct current (DC) to DC converter (LDC) supplies power required in an electronic load in a state of charge (SOC) maintaining mode of the auxiliary battery. As a result of the decision, a turn-on state of the relay in which power of the auxiliary battery is supplied to the electronic load is maintained when the LDC does not supply the power required in the electronic load. As a result of the decision, the relay is turned off so that power of the auxiliary battery is not supplied to the electronic load when the LDC supplies the power required in the electronic load.

摘要: A vehicle power supply system is provided. The system includes a main battery and an OBC having first and second input/output terminals, in which AC power input to the first input/output terminal is converted into DC power to be output to the second input/output terminal, and a magnitude of the DC power input to the second input/output terminal is converted and output to the first input/output terminal Additionally, the system includes an LDC in which a DC voltage input from the main battery is converted into a low voltage to be supplied to an auxiliary battery or an electronic load and a switching unit is connected between the first input/output terminal and the LDC. A controller is then configured to adjust a powering direction of the OBC and an on/off state of the switching unit, based on whether the main battery is charged and whether the LDC fails.

摘要: A method of controlling a low-voltage DC-DC converter for a hybrid vehicle is provided. The method includes determining whether an intelligent battery system fails and analyzing a failure cause of the intelligent battery system when the intelligent battery system is determined to fail. A first voltage is deduced using a battery temperature when the failure cause is determined to be a detection failure of battery SOC and an output voltage of a low-voltage DC-DC converter is adjusted to be the first voltage.

The system includes a low voltage DC-DC converter that converts a voltage of a main battery into a low voltage and outputs the same. An electric device is connected to an output terminal of the low voltage DC-DC converter and a first relay is connected to the output terminal of the low voltage DC-DC converter at a first terminal thereof. An auxiliary battery is connected to a second terminal of the first relay and a controller turns off the first relay and operates the low voltage DC-DC converter to output a minimum voltage capable of operating the electric device when the auxiliary battery is charged to a preset reference value or more while the main battery is being charged.
