Abstract: The present application provides a resource scheduling method and apparatus. The method includes: receiving a first coded frame; determining a remaining delay budget of the first coded frame based on an actual time point at which the first coded frame arrives at a first network element; determining a scheduling priority based on the remaining delay budget; and scheduling, for the first coded frame based on the scheduling priority, a transmission resource for transmitting the first coded frame.
