Abstract: A data transmission method and a data transmission apparatus are provided, to help reduce a transmission delay of a service frame. The method includes: A terminal sends first indication information to a network device. The first indication information indicates a statistical parameter of a delay jitter of an arrival time of a service frame. The statistical parameter of the delay jitter is for determining a CG resource. The network device sends second indication information to the terminal. The second indication information indicates the CG resource. The CG resource is determined based on the first indication information. The terminal and the network device communicate the service frame based on the CG resource.
