Abstract: Embodiments of this application disclose a communication method, a communication apparatus, and a computer-readable storage medium. The method includes: A third terminal device receives a first message from a first terminal device, where the first message carries a first identifier, and the first identifier indicates a second terminal device. The third terminal device sends a second message to the second terminal device based on the first message. According to the method described in this application, the third terminal device can determine a specific terminal device to which a currently received message should be forwarded, to ensure normal communication in a U2U relay scenario.
