Abstract: This application provides a spectrum resource determining method and apparatus, and relates to the field of communication technologies. In the method, sharing information indicating that N first cells and one second cell share a first frequency band may be obtained, and a spectrum resource of each first cell among the N first cells in the first frequency band and a spectrum resource of the second cell in the first frequency band may be determined, where a coverage area of each first cell among the N first cells overlaps a coverage area of the second cell. The first cells can be LTE cells, and the second cell can be an NR cell.
