Abstract: A reflective quality of service QoS method and an apparatus are provided, to implement uplink layered QoS, and implement more refined uplink QoS management. The terminal device identifies classification information of a packet in the first reflective QoS manner, where the classification information is for distinguishing between packets in a same internet protocol IP flow.

Abstract: A communication method and apparatus are provided for transmitting packets of a data stream between user equipment.
