Abstract: An information transmission method and an apparatus. A radio frequency apparatus receives indication information from a network control apparatus, where the indication information indicates a usage status of a first resource, and the usage status is whether a first module carries data on the first resource. The radio frequency apparatus turns off the first module based on the usage status in response to the usage status being that the first module does not carry data on the first resource, so that losses of a communication system can be effectively reduced.
