    Abstract: A map construction method and a related apparatus are provided. The method includes: obtaining, based on manual driving track data and/or an obstacle grid map, road information, intersection information, and lane information of a region through which a vehicle has traveled; obtaining road traffic direction information based on the manual driving track data and the road information, and obtaining lane traffic direction information based on the lane information and the road traffic direction information; obtaining intersection entry and exit point information based on the intersection information and the lane traffic direction information; and performing, based on the intersection entry and exit point information, an operation of generating a virtual topology center line to obtain an autonomous driving map of the region through which the vehicle has traveled, where the virtual topology center line is a traveling boundary line of the vehicle in an intersection region.

    Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide example methods for accessing a core network by using a fixed access device. One example method includes: receiving, a network registration request sent by customer-premises equipment; sending a network registration request message for the CPE to a mobile core network based on the network registration request; receiving an authentication request message; performing physical location authentication for the CPE based on a physical location identifier; in response to determining that the physical location authentication succeeds, sending an authentication response to the mobile core network; receiving a registration success message sent by the mobile core network; notifying, based on the registration success message, the CPE that network registration succeeds; and sending a service parameter to the CPE.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method, an apparatus, and a system for transmitting a forwarding parameter.     Abstract: A method and a system for exercising policy control, a policy and charging enforcement function (PCEF) are provided, which can solve the problem that no policy control can be exercised over application service flows without an application function (AF). In the method, a PCRF receives information about an application event sent by a PCEF after subscribing the application event from the PCEF; and the PCRF generates a control policy for a service flow of the application according to the information about the application event. In the present invention, the PCEF sends the obtained information about the application event to the PCRF, so that even when no AF is involved, the PCRF can still generate a control policy according to policy contexts including the information about the application event and the like.
