摘要： A cable electrical connector assembly includes an electrical connector, a cable soldered with the electrical connector, and an insulative body. The electrical connector includes a printed circuit board having a number of conductive pads, two of the conductive pads forming a differential signal pair for differential signal transmission. The cable has a number of core wires soldered with the conductive pads. The insulative body encloses a soldering area of the conductive pads and the cable core wires. The insulative body has a slot between the two conductive pads of the differential signal pair, the slot running through the insulative body along an up-to-down direction. The slot improves impedance in the soldering area of the core wires and the conductive pads.

摘要： A plug connector (100) includes a shell (10) and a printed circuit board (20) received in the shell. The printed circuit board includes a grounding layer (22), a conductive layer (21) disposed at a first side of the grounding layer, and an insulative layer (23) disposed therebetween. The conductive layer includes a pair of grounding traces (210), and a signal channel disposed between and isolated with the grounding traces. The signal channel includes a signal mating portion (221) disposed at a front portion. Each of the grounding traces includes a grounding mating portion (211) disposed at a front portion. Each of the grounding mating portions has a front end extending beyond the signal mating portion. The printed circuit board includes a pair of connecting traces (214). Each of the front ends of the grounding mating portions directly connects with the grounding layer by corresponding one of the connecting traces.

A method for assembling the active plug connector comprises inserting the connecting member into the receiving room to electrically connect with the conductive pads of the printed circuit boards to share the active element.

摘要： An electrical connector module for mating with a complementary connector module comprises a housing defining a channel formed on a top surface thereof and a mounting slot recessed downwardly from a bottom surface of the channel; a releasing mechanism received into the channel, the releasing mechanism defines a tab extending into the mounting slot, and an actuator formed on a front end thereof; and a resilient piece received into the mounting slot, the resilient piece having a front end abutting against a front inner surface of the mounting slot and a rear end abutting against the tab; the complementary connector module comprises a latching member locked in the front end of the channel and located above the actuator; the releasing mechanism moves forwardly, the actuator extends into a front end of the channel and raises up the latching member along a vertical direction.
