The called device is enabled or restricted to transfer the interaction based on the transfer preference. A system for determining presence of and authorizing a quorum to transact business over a network includes a first set of machine-readable instructions resident on a digital medium accessible to a computing machine, the instructions causing the machine to monitor a network for active presence of individual ones of communications devices associated with members of an authorized team of individuals from which the quorum may be determined, a second set of machine-readable instructions resident on the medium for causing the computing machine to make a confirmation of the quorum against a set of rules, and to authorize one or more of the individual communications devices making up the quorum to perform one or more tasks based on quorum consensus, and a user configuration, scheduling, and notification application resident on the digital medium for enabling a user to configure, schedule, and notify team members of a pending quorum event.

The processor also receives data about the interaction. The processor identifies a routing point for routing the interaction based on the received data. The routing point is associated with routing logic controlled by a customer instead of the contact center. The processor routes the interaction to the identified routing point for giving the customer control of the routing of the interaction.

A system has a router connected to one or more channels, a server connected to the network having a processor coupled to at least one data repository and software executing on the processor, and one or more templates, each template dedicated to a particular objective and comprising one or more representations of data related to the objective of the template, and required to accomplish the objective. Upon receipt of a transaction from a sender, the router routes the transaction to the server, which determines an objective for the transaction, selects the template dedicated to the determined objective, compares input from the transaction against the one or more representations of data, matches input data to the data representations, determines when and if all data representations are satisfied, and stores in the data repository the matched input data associated with the data representations and with the sender.
