Abstract: A non-transitory computer-readable recording medium storing an information processing program for causing a computer to execute processing including: acquiring a video imaged in a facility; tracking a trajectory of a person in the facility, by analyzing the acquired video; generating a heat map regarding the trajectory of the person in the facility, based on the tracked trajectory of the person; generating information regarding environment setting in the facility, based on the generated heat map and position information of an electronic device disposed in the facility; and causing the electronic device to execute processing regarding the environment setting, based on the information regarding the environment setting.
