Machine for forming containers (3a), comprising a unit (2) for extruding tubes (3) made of plastic, associated with an electric extrusion motor (200), a blowing unit (5) associated with an electric blowing motor (500), a mould (4) for containing the containers (3a), formed by two half-moulds (4a,4b) movable, upon operation of an associated electric mould motor (400), in a longitudinal direction X-X, the unit formed by the mould (4) and by the associated mould operating motor (400) being displaceable, upon operation of an electric displacement motor (300), in a transverse direction (Y-Y) from a first position substantially aligned with the extrusion unit (2) into a second position substantially aligned with the blowing unit (5) and vice versa, comprising at least one base power supply/recovery module (2000) and at least one first control module (2300) connected to said displacement motor (400) for controlling the acceleration/deceleration thereof.

Machine for moulding containers (3a) made of plastic material, comprising an assembly (2) for extruding tubes (3) of plastic material, a blowing assembly (5), a mould for containing containers (3a), formed by two half-moulds (4a, 4b) movable upon actuation of associated first means (100), in a longitudinal direction (X—X) and symmetrically with respect to a fixed axis (Z—Z) perpendicular to said longitudinal direction, the assembly formed by the mould (4) and the associated first actuating means (100) being movable, upon actuation of second actuating means (200), in a transverse direction (Y—Y) from a position corresponding to the extrusion assembly to a position corresponding to the blowing assembly and vice versa, wherein said first means for actuation in the longitudinal direction are of the electric type and means (110) for symmetrically adjusting the distance of the two half-moulds (4a, 4b) from said fixed axis (Z—Z) are provided.
Abstract:
The compact apparatus for the molding of hollow containers in molecularly orientable plastic material has a plurality of units for forming the containers and a discharge unit for the formed containers. The units are aligned at least in a row, there being present a conveyor device adapted for linking the units. The conveyor device has a plurality of carriages having support jaws for the containers during the forming phase and being slidable on rectilinear guides along a first path linking the aligned units, and a second path parallel to same, linking the remaining unit or units. A translator moves the carriages from one of the parallel paths to the other at their relative ends. A step-feed actuator shifts the carriages along the first path, bringing the carriages holding the containers during the molding phase from one unit to the next of the aligned units. A transfer actuator displaces the carriages along the second path. The conveyor device defines a closed circuit, linking together the molding and discharge units.

A machine for molding containers, comprising a unit for extruding plastic tubes, a blow-molding unit, a mold for containing containers which is formed by two half-molds movable, upon operation of associated first actuator, in a longitudinal direction (X-X) and symmetrically with respect to a fixed axis (Z-Z) perpendicular to said longitudinal direction, the unit formed by the mold and by the associated first actuator being movable, upon operation of second actuator, in a transverse direction (Y-Y) from a first position where it is substantially aligned with the extrusion unit into a second position where it is substantially aligned with the blow-molding unit and vice versa, said first actuator for operating the half-molds in the longitudinal direction comprising at least one motor, the shaft of which has, keyed thereon, a cam for actuating a pair of connecting rods which are arranged in-line and are respectively connected to the first half-mold and to the second half-mold.
