    摘要: Provided is a method for determining a genetic condition of a fetus, the method including: an objective region selection step of selecting an objective region for determining the genetic condition, from regions on a human genome; a step of isolating a single cell from a maternal blood sample; a step of extracting genomic DNA from the single cell; a step of performing PCR amplification on the objective region using a primer set designed so as to perform the PCR amplification on the objective region using genomic DNA extracted from the single cell as a template; and a DNA sequencing step of decoding a DNA base sequence of a PCR amplification product of the objective region, in which the primer set designed so as to perform the PCR amplification on the objective region is designed through a method for designing a primer set used for the polymerase chain reaction, the method for designing a primer set including a first stage selection step based on a local alignment score and a second stage selection step based on a global alignment score.

    摘要: An optimal solution search method for searching for an optimal solution in a combinatorial optimization problem using a computer, includes: acquiring a first solution candidate; and enumerating and indexing solution candidate groups of which the degree of divergence from the first solution candidate is equal to or smaller than a predetermined range; equally extracting second solution candidates from the enumerated and indexed solution candidate groups assigning evaluation values to the second solution candidates; and determining whether the search for the optimal solution is terminated on the basis of the evaluation value. In a case where the search for the optimal solution is not terminated, the current first solution candidate is updated as the best second solution candidate selected from the second solution candidates, and the processes are repeated until the search for the first optimal solution is terminated.

    摘要: Provided is an optimal solution determination method for determining optimality of a solution in a combinatorial optimization problem using a computer, including uniformly extracting a plurality of solutions in a solution space of the combinatorial optimization problem as a plurality of first solutions, and estimating a maximum evaluation value in a case where solutions of a number that exceeds the number of the plurality of first solutions are assumed, on the basis of a plurality of first evaluation values respectively corresponding to the plurality of first solutions that are uniformly extracted, as a first maximum evaluation value Z. Further, in a case where a solution candidate (graph G_1) that belongs to a solution space is input (step S18), an evaluation value S_1 corresponding to the graph G_1 is acquired, the acquired evaluation value S_1 is compared with the first maximum evaluation value Z, and it is determined whether the evaluation value S_1 of the input graph G_1 is within a confidence interval of the first maximum evaluation value Z (whether the graph G_1 is a first optimal value or not).

    摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a method of producing a pluripotent stem cell capable of differentiating into a specific cell. According to the present invention, there is provided a method for producing a pluripotent stem cell capable of differentiating into a specific cell, the method including (i) a step of measuring, in a pluripotent stem cell as a sample, a phenotype associated with induction of epithelial-mesenchymal transition before differentiation induction; and (ii) a step of acquiring a pluripotent stem cell capable of differentiating into a specific cell using the measured phenotype as an indicator. According to the present invention, there are further provided a method of selecting a pluripotent stem cell capable of differentiating into a specific cell; a pluripotent stem cell capable of differentiating into a specific cell; a production method of a differentiated cell; a differentiated cell; and a method for quality evaluation of a pluripotent stem cell.
