摘要： A toner for developing an electrostatic charge image contains toner particles including first toner particles and second toner particles, the first toner particles having a brightness of less than 90 and the second toner particles having a brightness of 90 or more. The second toner particles constitute 0.1% by number or more and 10% by number or less of the toner particles, and, in the size distribution of the second toner particles, toner particles having a diameter equal to or smaller than the number-average diameter Dn of the toner particles constitute 70% by number or more.
