Abstract: The present invention relates to compression garments comprising a pants section with a rear side, wherein the rear side comprises an insert, a first side section and a second side section, the first side section being connected to a first side of the insert, the second side section being connected to a second side of the insert, wherein the insert is adapted to extend over at least part of both buttocks of a wearer, and wherein the insert consists of a seamless knitted fabric. The present invention. further. relates to related methods for determining measurement information and methods for manufacturing compression garments.
