Abstract: The present disclosure includes a method for manufacturing a pressure transmitter system, comprising steps as follows: providing a capillary adapter and a pressure transmitter, which has at least one diaphragm platform and an isolating diaphragm, which is connected along at least one edge gas-tightly with the diaphragm platform to form a pressure chamber between the isolating diaphragm and the diaphragm platform; welding the capillary adapter to the pressure transmitter; arranging the capillary tube and a capillary tube interface of the capillary adapter relative to one another; welding the capillary tube to the capillary adapter; and plugging a protective hose onto a protective hose seat of the capillary adapter.

Abstract: A diaphragm seal includes: a metallic diaphragm seal body; a dividing diaphragm; a dividing diaphragm chamber closed by the dividing diaphragm; a hydraulic channel extending, at least in sections, through the diaphragm seal body and communicating with the dividing diaphragm chamber, wherein the hydraulic channel and the dividing diaphragm chamber are filled with a transmission fluid; a filling channel, communicating with the hydraulic channel; and a closure body, which closes the filling channel, is introduced into the latter with a locating fit, and is welded to the diaphragm seal body, wherein the diaphragm seal body comprises a first material with a first degree of hardness, and the closure body comprises a second material with a second degree of hardness, which differs from the first degree of hardness by at least 10% of the lower one of the two degrees of hardness.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method for producing a pressure transmitter system, comprising the steps: providing a protective hose, a capillary tube and a pressure transmitter, which consists of a membrane support body and a filling adapter body that has a filling closure; arranging the capillary tube and a capillary interface of the capillary adapter relative to one another; integrally welding the capillary tube to the capillary adapter; and placing the protective hose onto a protective hose mounting of said capillary adapter.
