Abstract: The device for transmitting data includes a data collection unit, a first data extraction unit, a monitoring unit, a second data extraction unit, and a data transmission unit. The data collection unit collects data generated in a smart device. The first data extraction unit extracts data corresponding to data extraction conditions preset by the user of the smart device from the data collected by the data collection unit.
