Abstract: The present invention is a trust-based resource sharing method and system for managing resources such as accommodations, automobiles, bicycles, equipment, instruments, tools, furniture, and the like during the lease period, using the Internet and smart home technology. The method and system of the present invention perform resource sharing transaction including procedures of creating and managing a trust grade of a user who uses resources, creating and managing a trust grade of resources, and controlling the use of resources based on the user trust grade and the resource trust grade.
