Abstract:
Provided are a health management system of estimating a disease probability of a user based on information collected from the user and a method of providing health information by using the health management system. The health management system includes a user device collecting and providing health data and living data of a user and a health information processing device calculating a disease probability of the user by performing statistic analysis based on an electric medical record and the health data and correcting the calculated disease probability according to the living data. The living data includes one of location information of the user and social information of the user, which designates a human connection.

According to the inventive concept, The health management server in accordance with the inventive concept includes an interface unit receiving progression data representing a health state of a user who got diagnosis or treatment in a hospital from a user terminal; and a statistical analysis unit statistically analyzing the progression data on the basis of clinical data representing a diagnosis record or a treatment record in the hospital and generating disease progressing information of the user according to the analysis result to provide the disease progressing information as result data. The interface unit collects the progression data through the user terminal on the basis of a collection policy for determining the progression data and transmits or displays the result data to the outside in response to a result request.

An apparatus and method for customer interaction service is provided. The apparatus for customer interaction comprises a customer interaction information DB configured to map voice of customer(VOC) with customer interaction information responding to the VOC by a service provider and store the result; a VOC collecting unit configured to collect VOC in a text or voice form; a VOC analyzing unit configured to extract target texts to be analyzed from the collected VOC and analyze the extracted text to provide analysis result including the subject of VOC; an interaction information searching unit configured to search VOC related to the collected VOC from the customer interaction information DB by using the analysis result; and a response providing unit configured to determine suitability of each customer interaction information related to the collected VOC to provide the best response to the customer based on the determined suitability.
