摘要： A cosmetic composition with enhanced water resistance, color intensity and color retention after exposure to water is disclosed herein. The composition comprises a water dispersible film former component, a skin adhesion promoter component, a color enhancer component, and one or more colorants. The synergy of the components contributes to the improved attributes of the composition.
