Abstract:
A housing of a field device of measuring- and automation technology, comprising a housing body, which has at least two housing chambers, wherein the housing chambers are connected together by an opening. The opening is adapted to accommodate a circuit board which is held by at least one holder, wherein the circuit board is adapted to be populated with electronic components or assemblies. The opening is Ex-d sealed with a potting compound.
Abstract:
A pressure resistant adapter, for connecting a transmission line to a field device has a shell, insertable into a wall of a housing of the field device. The shell has an interior open to an interior of the housing and closed to the exterior by an end wall of the shell. An insert, installed in the shell, includes a base element and a projection protruding out of the shell through an opening in the end wall of the shell. The base element has a basal area greater than a basal area of the opening. A connection element is provided on an end of the projection protruding out from the shell, to which the transmission line is connectable, and at least one conductor extends through a window that is located in the base element adjoining the bore in the projection and opens to the interior of the housing.

Abstract:
An electronic device having a housing for accommodating electronic components, preferably electronic components forming a process transmitter. The housing has two chambers, in which electronic components and user interfaces and/or connection elements for cable are arranged. The electronic components are arranged in a first chamber. In the case of a process transmitter, which is simple to maintain, electronic components are arranged exclusively in the first chamber, while user interfaces of the electronic components and/or connection elements for cable are positioned exclusively in the second chamber.
Abstract:
A housing equipped with a viewing window. The housing includes: a housing segment which adjoins a radially inwardly extending shoulder, which terminally externally surrounds a housing opening conically tapering from the housing interior toward the housing exterior. Flushly mounted in the opening, a disk shaped viewing window pane, which has bordering on its outwardly facing surface an external lateral surface conically tapering form the housing interior toward the housing exterior. A one-piece, shaped seal, which has a first portion, which externally completely surrounds the viewing window pane, and which has a second portion, which lies against an outer edge of a surface of the viewing window pane facing inwards into the housing. A support ring secured in the housing segment clamps the viewing window pane in the housing segment.
