摘要： The present disclosure provides a reliable structure which can prevent disconnection of a voice coil lead wire, while employing a voice coil embodied as an aluminum coil to improve the mid-frequency band SPL of a slim high-pressure water resistant microspeaker. According to the present disclosure, there is provided a high-pressure water resistant microspeaker with an improved coil structure, including an FPCB attached to the outer surface of a frame, a pad of the FPCB extending inside the frame and another part of the FPCB extending outside the frame. The upper end of the voice coil is attached to an overlapping position of a side diaphragm and a center diaphragm, and the lower end of the voice coil is supported by the part of the FPCB extending inside the frame.

摘要： A waterproof microspeaker includes: a frame; a magnetic circuit provided below the frame and including a yoke, inner and outer magnets, and a top plate; a voice coil located between the magnets and configured to vibrate by a magnetic field of the magnetic circuit and mutual electromagnetic force when an electric signal is applied; and a diaphragm housing provided above the frame. The diaphragm housing includes: a sidewall portion provided above the frame and having a predetermined height; an edge dome portion protruding upwardly or downwardly along an inner circumference of the sidewall portion; and a diaphragm provided inside the edge dome, allowing an upper end of the voice coil to be fixed thereto, and configured to generate sound by vibration of the voice coil. The diaphragm includes a polymeric material including metal or plastic and is inserted into an inner circumferential portion of the edge dome portion.

A diaphragm of the waterproof microspeaker includes a side wall portion having a predetermined height and forming an outer portion, a center portion positioned on an inner side of a dome portion, and a silicone injection-molded portion including a dome portion protruding upward or downward along an inner circumference of the side wall portion and a waterproofing portion protruding upward or outward from the side wall portion, wherein the side wall portion and the center portion are formed of plastic, and the center portion and the side wall portion are integrally manufactured with the silicon injection-mold portion by double-shot injection-molding.
