Abstract: Provided are a system and method for providing customized decision support information required for decision-making for each disaster type and each situation management work process stage based on a situation management work process. According to the present invention, a decision support system for disaster situation management includes a situation management service system for each disaster type that provides a situation management service for a specific disaster type, a big data management system configured to collect, store, and manage situation management big data used for disaster situation management, a decision support platform configured to manage a situation management work process for each disaster, and provide decision support information necessary for each disaster type and each situation management work process stage, and a situation information sharing and collaboration system configured to visualize and provide situation management decision support information on a situation board in a specific situation room.
