Abstract: Provided is a method of providing an optimal service to a user using personal information of the user, the method including: decentralizing and thereby setting personal information of the user that is included in a user description; extracting the personal information of the user from the user description; receiving a service request of the user and the extracted personal information of the user; selecting service information from a service description including the service information that is supported for the user, based on the personal information of the user in response to the service request of the user; and providing a service corresponding to the service information to the user.
