摘要： The present disclosure relates to a connector assembly including a first connector and a second connector. The first connector including a first insulating body, a first terminal module and a first shell. The first insulating body includes a first top wall shielded by an upper wall of the first shell. The upper shell includes a locking plate. The first connector includes a receiving space between the first top wall and the locking plate for positioning the second connector. A width of the receiving space is narrower than a width of the slot. The second connector includes a second insulating body and a second terminal module. The second insulating body includes a main body, a tongue plate and an extending portion. The extending portion is located above the tongue plate. The extending portion and the tongue plate at least partially overlap along a vertical direction.

摘要： Disclosed is a connector including an insulating body assembly and a plurality of terminal assemblies arranged side by side. Each of the plurality of terminal assemblies includes a connecting terminal and a contact terminal. The connecting terminal is disposed in the insulating body assembly, and a front end of the contact terminal is exposed to the insulating body assembly. A portion adjacent to the tail end of the contact terminal is provided with an accommodating hole a front end of the connecting terminal is inserted into the accommodating hole, and the front end of the connecting terminal is in elastic contact with an inner wall of the accommodating hole and is configured to move in the accommodating hole.

摘要： An electrical connector includes a number of mating modules. The mating module includes a number of conductive terminals, a first metal shield, a second metal shield and cables. The conductive terminals extend along a mating direction. The conductive terminal includes a tail portion and a mating portion. The cable includes a core electrically connected to the tail portion. The conductive terminals include differential signal terminals, a first ground terminal and a second ground terminal. Compared with the prior art, the electrical connector of the present disclosure is a cable electrical connector. Besides, the conductive terminal extends along the mating direction, thereby simplifying the structural design of the conductive terminal. The present disclosure also discloses an electrical connector assembly having the electrical connector.

摘要： An electrical connector includes a housing and a number of mating modules assembled to the housing. The mating module includes conductive terminals, metal shield surrounding members and cables. The conductive terminal includes a tail portion and a mating portion. The conductive terminal extends along a mating direction. The metal shield surrounding member includes a sleeve portion surrounding a periphery of the mating portion. The cable includes a core electrically connected to the tail portion. Compared with the prior art, the electrical connector disclosed in the present disclosure is a cable electrical connector. Besides, the conductive terminal extends along the mating direction, thereby simplifying the structural design of the conductive terminal. The present disclosure also discloses an electrical connector assembly having the electrical connector.

摘要： A mating module includes a conductive terminal, a cable, a first metal shield member and a second metal shield member. The cable includes a core electrically connected to the conductive terminal, an insulating layer wrapped on the core, and a shielding layer wrapped on the insulating layer. The first metal shield member includes a first mounting piece. The second metal shield member includes a second mounting piece. The cable further includes a protruding piece connected to the shielding layer. The protruding piece is directly or indirectly clamped by the first mounting piece and the second mounting piece. As a result, the shielding effect of the mating module is improved. The present disclosure also relates to a cable connector having the mating module.
