Abstract: The present disclosure provides a troubleshooting system for current sensors including a motor, three current sensors and a controller. The three current sensors respectively sense three phase currents of the three-phase current of the motor to obtain three current sensing values. The controller is configured to control the three-phase current of the motor. When the sum of the three current sensing values is greater than a threshold, the controller controls the three phase currents to be zero, and a first offset sensor and a current offset are obtained. When the sum of the three current sensing values equals the current offset, a second offset sensor is obtained. If the first offset sensor and the second offset sensor are the same current sensor, the controller outputs a warning signal, if the first offset sensor and the second offset sensor are different current sensors, the controller controls the motor to stop operating.

Abstract: The present disclosure a program burning device configured to read or write to a program burning interface. The program burning device includes a microprocessor, a programming drive circuit and an overcurrent protection circuit. The microprocessor outputs a first test signal or a second test signal. The programming drive circuit outputs a high driving voltage or a low driving voltage to the program burning interface. After the programming drive circuit outputs the low driving voltage for a preset time, the programming drive circuit outputs the high driving voltage to make the program burning interface form a high impedance. Afterwards, the overcurrent protection circuit receives the first test signal to trigger the overcurrent protection, and then receives the second test signal to trigger the undercurrent protection. If triggering the overcurrent protection and the undercurrent protection are continuously failed over a preset number of times, the microprocessor determines that current protection is failed.

Abstract: The present disclosure a program burning device configured to read or write to a program burning interface. Abstract: A motor inverter is provided. The motor inverter is coupled to an input power source and a motor and controls the mechanical switch to receive or turn off the input power source. The motor inverter includes primary and secondary auxiliary circuits, a microprocessor, a gate driver, and a motor drive circuit. The primary and secondary auxiliary circuits are coupled to the input power source and outputs first and second output voltages respectively. The microprocessor operates the driving switches of the motor drive circuit through the gate driver to switch the input power source for driving the motor. If the microprocessor determines that the first output voltage is abnormal and the motor rotational speed exceeds a safe speed limit, the microprocessor controls the driving switches to form an active short circuit for stopping the motor, and the microprocessor turns off the mechanical switch for protecting the input power source.

Abstract: A power conversion circuit for driving motor and a control method thereof are provided. The control method includes: comparing a control command with a carrier wave to acquire a PWM signal; identifying whether a phase difference between the output voltage and current falls within a range; if the phase difference falling within the range, determining whether a zero-sequence voltage is positive or negative according to the output voltage and current; injecting the zero-sequence voltage into the control command to acquire a synthesized command, and detecting maximum and minimum voltage values of the synthesized command after a period; according to the zero-sequence voltage determined to be positive or negative, selecting the maximum or minimum voltage value to perform a logic reversal operation; after stopping injecting the zero-sequence voltage, acquiring an output expected value; and comparing the output expected value with the carrier wave for adjusting a duty ratio of PWM signal.

Abstract: A diagnosing method for an abnormal cable connection of an incremental encoder includes: receiving a first-set of differential signals including one of signals A/Ā and one of signals B/B and a second-set of differential signals including one of signals A/Ā and one of signals B/B from the incremental encoder by two encoder modules; calculating a first signal-information group and a second signal-information group according to the first-set and second-set of differential signals; calculating a first parameter-information group and a second parameter-information group based on the first and second signal-information groups; determining whether a first signal direction is consistent with a second signal direction according to the first and second parameter-information groups; calculating a position-feedback control parameter for a motor according to a signal-information group corresponding to a normal set of differential signals when the first signal direction is determined to be inconsistent with the second signal direction.
