摘要： A paper machine forming screen has a paper side and a machine side. A plurality of synthetic longitudinally extending machine direction threads are provided. A plurality of synthetic cross threads extend generally transverse to the machine direction threads, and the cross threads are disposed in first and second groups and at least of the cross threads have a flattened cross section. The first group threads are disposed in a plane of the paper side and have a repeat floating over a number of the machine direction threads. The second group threads form a plane on the machine side. The flattened cross threads extend parallel to the paper side plane, a distance from about 1.2 to about 2.2 times the distance by which the flattened cross threads extend transverse to the paper side plane.

摘要： A rack designed to hold and/or display gliding boards, such as snowboards, without requiring adjustment of the rack and without causing damage to the board. The rack includes a base which mounts to a support structure, and further includes at least one pair of engagement members, with each engagement member including a side surface and a rear surface that grips the heel edge, toe edge, and top or bottom surface of the board to hold the board in place. The side surfaces may be cut at an acute angle such that the engagement member wraps slightly around the upper surface of the board to grip the board. The engagement members may be made of resilient, flexible material which facilitates gripping of the board, without damaging the board. The rack may also be configured to hold snowboards of various sizes.

摘要： An apparatus for displaying information related to the weight of an article of clothing including a hanger-shaped frame and a scale for measuring the weight of an article of clothing disposed on the frame is disclosed. The apparatus may preferably include a visual indicator, such as a pointer and indicia, for displaying information to a viewer relating to the weight of the article of clothing, as desired. The scale may preferably be disposed within the frame and may be functionally connected to the frame such that the pointer moves within a slot in the frame as the scale measures the weight of the article of clothing. The indicia may be provided adjacent the slot to provide the viewer with visual information relating to the weight of the clothing as the pointer moves. In one embodiment, the scale may be calibrated within a predetermined range of weights where the indicia reflects more favorable attributes for a lighter range of clothing. For example, the indicia may include an arrow pointing toward the lowest weight on the scale to display to a viewer the light weightedness of the article of clothing and may list positive attributes associated with the lighter weight clothing.
