Abstract: A device for the comminution of moisture-containing materials includes a housing that forms an impact chamber having a rotating striking means driven therein via a shaft. The housing includes a bottom plate, a cover, a wall connecting the bottom plate and the cover, an inlet opening and an outlet opening. A tub including at least one layer of plastic is arranged at least along the bottom plate. A wear plate is arranged on an other side of the layer of plastic. Objects of the invention include increasing the wear resistance of the device, realizing self-cleaning effects and enabling simple and safe cleaning, in particular, at a standstill.

Abstract: A device for separating material composites to be disposed of, including at least two material fractions with differing material properties, and a method for separating such material composites are provided. The device, in a region of an upper cover plate, has a bowl-shaped dispensing channel having at least one opening facing toward an impact chamber, and a dispenser arranged in the channel and designed to receive material fractions of a second type from the region of the chamber above a first separating screen and/or near the upper cover plate. Individual material fractions of a material composite, such as a material fraction of the second type to be comminuted and having a lower density than a first material fraction, may be separated in larger pieces from remaining material, to facilitate the transport of individual material fractions and further processing as part of raw material recovery.

Abstract: A monitoring device of a conveying system for comminuted materials includes at least one measuring apparatus, by which at least one substance component can be detected in the comminuted materials. Further, a conveying system and a method for monitoring comminuted materials are provided. At least one monitoring region, in which the content of at least one substance component in a comminuted material can be determined by at least one measuring apparatus, while the comminuted materials are being conveyed, covers at least one portion of a conveying path of the conveying system. At least one rejection apparatus is arranged downstream of at least one monitoring region on the conveying path in the direction of conveyance of the comminuted materials. Via such a device, the comminuted materials can be rejected if the content of the at least one substance component determined by the at least one measuring apparatus exceeds a predetermined threshold value.
