    Abstract: Disclosed are an energy conservation transmission method, base station, and terminal device; the base station can configure an energy conservation signal for the terminal device; the energy conservation signal carries energy conservation information; the energy conservation information can indicate a first configuration of at least one discontinuous reception (DRX) cycle of the terminal device, the at least one DRX cycle comprising at least one first cycle and/or at least one second cycle; the first cycle and the second cycle are long cycles and/or short cycles, and the first cycle is different from the second cycle; the first configuration of the DRX cycle includes at least one of the maximum number N of DRX cycles, the maximum number K of the first cycle, and the number Y of the first cycle, all of N, K, and Y being integers greater than or equal to 1; thus the energy conservation signal can indicate to the terminal device for any combination of DRX cycles of different lengths, solving the problem in the prior art of how to configure the number of DRX cycles indicated by the energy conservation signal.

    Abstract: Disclosed in the present application are power-saving signal configuration and transmission methods and apparatuses. In the present application, a base station configures search space set configuration information of a power-saving signal, and sends same to a terminal. The power-saving signal search space set configuration information includes first configuration information and second configuration information; the first configuration information is search space set configuration information of a power-saving signal used when the terminal is in a short DRX cycle; and the second configuration information is search space set configuration information of a power-saving signal used when the terminal is in a long DRX cycle.

The method includes: receiving, by a terminal, a power saving signal transmitted by a network device; wherein the power saving signal is multiple stages of sequences, the multiple stages of sequences at least carry a power saving identifier, a power saving area identifier, and stage indication information of the multiple stages of sequences, the power saving identifier corresponds to a terminal to be woken up in a power saving area, and the power saving area is an area indicated by the power saving area identifier; or, the power saving signal includes a first-stage power saving signal and a second-stage power saving signal, wherein the first-stage power saving signal and the second-stage power saving signal carry different power saving information respectively.

In the present application, the method includes: a base station configuring sending resources for at least two of a first signal, a second signal and a third signal, and sending the at least two signals according to the sending resources for the at least two signals, wherein in the at least two signals, the transceiving of one signal is indicated by at least one of the other signals; the first signal is a signal for at least one of the functions of synchronization, wave beam measurement, wave beam acquisition and RRM; the second signal is a signal for at least one of the functions of synchronization, fine synchronization, wave beam measurement, wave beam acquisition, RRM, CSI measurement and terminal wakeup; and the third signal is a signal for paging.
