摘要： A weightlifting apparatus includes a base for connection to a weight rack, and a first arm and a second arm extending outward on opposite lateral sides. The first arm has a mounting hole extending inward from the front side of the first arm and a plurality of positioning holes around the first mounting hole. A handle is adjustably connectable to the first arm to extend outward from the first arm and includes a connector and a grip member extending outward from the connector. The connector has a shaft extending away from the grip member and a projection alongside the shaft, and the handle is adjustably connectable to the first arm by the shaft being received in the mounting hole. The projection can be received in any of the positioning holes to mount the handle in a plurality of different rotational positions, in which the grip member is oriented differently.
