A base station may send, to a wireless device, one or more radio resource control messages comprising parameters for one or more bandwidth parts or other wireless resources. The base station may send, to the wireless device, downlink control information comprising one or more bandwidth part identifiers. The wireless device may switch, based on the downlink control information, from a first bandwidth part to a second bandwidth part.

摘要: A wireless device may communicate with a base station via a set of cells. One or more configuration parameters may indicate transmission configuration indicator states for the set of cells. An activation command may activate one or more transmission configuration indicator states for a cell of the set of cells. Information scheduling communication via the cell may indicate a transmission configuration indicator state, of the transmission configuration indicator states, that is not of the one or more activated transmission configuration indicator states for the cell. A default transmission configuration indicator state may be used for communication via the cell and/or communication via the cell may be ignored/dropped.

A wireless device may use a BWP control procedure and/or a BWP timer management procedure for activating, deactivating, and/or switching BWPs, for example, using multiple active BWPs. A base station may send information comprising one or more fields indicating an action associated with a BWP, for example, if multiple active BWPs are supported. A wireless device may control a first BWP inactivity timer associated with a first active BWP, for example, based on activating, deactivating, and/or switching a second BWP.

摘要: A wireless device may receive a message indicating that it is to switch cells, such as in a handover process, and the wireless device may take steps to switch cells. The time needed for making the switch can depend on, for example, the time it takes the wireless device to process that message, and different types of messages (e.g., messages at a media access control—MAC—layer) may be processed more quickly than others. A wireless device may quickly cancel a triggered power headroom report (PHR) procedure for an old cell, and trigger a PHR for a new cell, based on receiving such a message. The canceling and/or triggering may be performed even without resetting a MAC entity of the wireless device.
