The system may receive laundry service orders from customer, schedule couriers or delivery services for the transportation of bags of laundry from the customer to a washer located at a laundry facility. The washer may be located at a residential laundry facility or a commercial laundry facility. The system may provide the washer with instruction for performing the laundering tasks and track the progress of each load of laundry through the process by having the washer scan unique identifiers attached to the laundry bags, washing machines and dryers.

摘要： Methods, system and apparatus for the monitor of laundry machines to identify malfunctioning laundry machines in a laundry facility. The system may initiate a power cycle procedure on the identified malfunctioning laundry machines, causing any errors to be cleared from the malfunctioning laundry machine. A determination may then be made as to whether the identification of a malfunction was a true positive or a false positive, and a technician may be dispatched if the malfunctioning machine does not return to normal operation after completing the power cycle procedure.
