Abstract: A test module tests the configuration of a network device. The test module obtains test parameters for a test process of the network device, and determines that the test parameters indicate a network conversation to test the network device. The network conversation includes a sequence of multiple messages. The test module also generates an initial message of the network conversation based on the test parameters, and provides the initial message to the network device. The test module further tracks processing results of the network device processing the initial message in the test process.
