Abstract: In one embodiment, a device associates one or more performance metrics with a particular session of an online application. The device makes a determination that a user of the online application associated with the particular session should be queried for feedback regarding their application experience. The device obtains, based on the determination, feedback from the user regarding their application experience, by causing a chatbot to be presented to the user and query the user for feedback regarding their application experience. The device associates the feedback from the user regarding their application experience with the one or more performance metrics.

Abstract: In one embodiment, a device detects an anomaly in the network based on telemetry data obtained by the device. The device computes an anomaly detection score associated with the anomaly. The device determines that the anomaly should be reported based on its anomaly detection score and in accordance with a configured reporting policy. Abstract: In one embodiment, a device makes, using a prediction model, a prediction regarding a quality of experience metric for an online application, based on telemetry from a network used to access the network. The device determines a degree of uncertainty associated with the prediction. The device selects one or more users of the online application from which user feedback should be requested, based on the degree of uncertainty. The device requests that the one or more users provide user feedback regarding their satisfaction with the online application.

Abstract: In one embodiment, a device determines a criticality of each of a plurality of endpoints in a network, based on network telemetry data regarding the network. The device translates a plurality of anomaly detection models available for deployment to the network and their metadata into a set of adjustable resources. The device generates an anomaly detection deployment strategy for the network by selecting a set of one or more of the plurality of anomaly detection models for deployment to one or more execution points in the network, based on the criticality of each of the plurality of endpoints and on the set of adjustable resources. The device causes the set to be deployed to the one or more execution points in the network, in accordance with the anomaly detection deployment strategy.
