摘要： An apparatus for delivering bioabsorbable fasteners of the type having two cannulated legs to secure the two sides of an incision in tissue comprises a housing containing a magazine with one or more fasteners positioned on a reciprocally movable fastener support. Needle guide tubes and the legs of the front-most fastener are in slidable contact with at least one alignment surface configured to axially align them. An actuator is operated by a user to move two needles within the needle guide tubes to insert each needle into a cannulated leg. A timing lever acts on the fastener support in concert with the actuator movement to remove support of the front-most fastener after the needles are inserted. The needle guide tubes transfer force to the fastener, to push it out of the magazine and along a path through the center of a bifurcated foot, to insert it into the tissue.

摘要： A convertible display case and desk organizer includes hingedly connected top and bottom sections pivotable with respect to another between closed position and opened positions. A first insert capable of releasably securing at least one writing instrument is releasably placed in the bottom section. The arrangement is such that, when the first insert is disposed within the bottom section, the top and bottom sections and first insert assume a display case mode. A second insert is releasably placed in the bottom section when the first insert is removed therefrom. The second insert has an outwardly extending portion which extends outwardly beyond the edge of the top and bottom sections when they are in their closed position. The outwardly extending portion has at least one aperture formed therein for receiving a writing instrument in a substantially upright position. The arrangement is such that, when said second insert is disposed within the bottom section, the top and bottom sections and the second insert assume a desk organizer mode.

The strap extends around at least a portion of a player's head to position the eye protector over the player's eyes. The connector is joined with the strap so that the strap can rotate relative to the frame and includes a limiter that limits the rotation of the connector. A strap diverter is adjustably positioned along the strap and divides the strap into first and second strap portions that extend at an angle relative to one another and define a space therebetween.
