摘要: According to one embodiment, an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus includes an ultrasonic probe, a memory, and processing circuitry. The ultrasonic probe includes ultrasonic transducers. The processing circuitry measures first reflected wave signals generated by the ultrasonic probe at a first time point. The processing circuitry stores information concerning the first reflected wave signals in the memory. The processing circuitry measures second reflected wave signals generated by the ultrasonic probe at a second time point. The processing circuitry performs correction to suppress variations between the second reflected wave signals respectively generated by the ultrasonic transducers based on the information concerning the first and second reflected wave signals.

摘要: The ultrasonic probe according to a present embodiment includes a piezoelectric vibrator and an acoustic lens. The piezoelectric vibrator is configured to transmit and receive an ultrasonic wave. The acoustic lens is provided on an ultrasonic-wave transmission/reception side. The acoustic lens is formed in such a manner that a surface shape of each of end regions located on both sides of a central region of a surface of the acoustic lens is formed to have a curvature different from a curvature of a surface shape of the central region of the surface of the acoustic lens.

摘要: An ultrasonic probe according to an embodiment comprises an ultrasonic-transducer element array, an offset and an exterior member. The ultrasonic-transducer element array is formed by a plurality of ultrasonic transducer elements. The offset is provide on an ultrasonic-transmitting and receiving side of the ultrasonic-transducer element array and includes a contact portion with a subject. The exterior member supports the offset. The offset has at least a first region that is formed by a curved surface having a first curvature and arranged in the middle of the contact portion and a second region that is formed by a curved surface having a second curvature greater than the first curvature and arranged on an edge of the contact portion.
