Abstract: The present invention relates to a stick-type oil-dispersion cosmetic composition containing a powder, a wax, and an oil, wherein a stick-type oil-dispersion cosmetic composition, which mitigates powder failing of existing powder and has reduced oiliness, is prepared by mixing the powder and the wax at an optimum ratio and adding the oil thereto, thereby implementing a stick-type oil-dispersion cosmetic composition containing a powder and showing excellent effects in moisturizing and a soft feeling of use.
