    摘要： A cosmetic cleaning and care agent having good foaming properties includes a) at least one mild anionic surfactant and at least one mild amphoteric/dipolar ionic surfactant, wherein the total quantity of mild anionic and mild amphoteric/dipolar ionic surfactant is 3 to 20% by weight, b) 0.005 to 5% by weight of at least one non-ionic cellulose ether, and c) 0.005 to 5% by weight of at least one non-ionic polymer of the formula (I), where R stands for a hydrogen atom or methyl group, and n stands for an average value of 10 to 1200.
