Abstract: The embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a method and apparatus for processing information in a document, and a device and a medium. The method includes: displaying a database table in the document in response to receiving a table creation operation in the document; marking a target area and displaying a comment box on an interface of the document in response to receiving a comment request for the target area in the database table, wherein the target area comprises at least one of: at least one cell row, or at least one cell column; and recording a correlation between comment information and the target area and displaying the comment information in the document in response to receiving the comment information through the comment box, wherein a display position of the comment information in the document is related to a position of the target area in the database table.
