Abstract: There are provided a method, an apparatus, a device and a storage medium for information display. In the method, a reception interval of characters is determined based on a received first data packet comprising at least one character, wherein the reception interval indicates a first time duration consumed by receiving a single character. A reference display interval for characters to be displayed in the first data packet is determined based on the reception interval and the number of the characters to be displayed, wherein the reference display interval indicates a second time duration consumed for displaying a single character. Further, at least a portion of the characters to be displayed is displayed based on the reference display interval. Therefore, the smoothness of information display can be improved, and the user experience is improved.
