    Abstract: An electrode core assembly includes an encapsulation film, and an electrode core and a spacer that are disposed in an accommodating cavity defined by the encapsulation film. The electrode core includes an electrode core body and two electrode lead-out members that are electrically connected to the electrode core body. The length of the electrode core body extends along a first direction. Each of two opposite ends of the electrode core body in the first direction includes a V-shaped end in a cross-sectional view with a tip protruding outward from the electrode core body. The two electrode lead-out members are connected to the electrode core body at the tips of the two V-shaped ends. The spacer includes an inclined portion disposed on one of the V-shaped ends and has an electrode lead-out hole penetrating through the spacer and being configured to allow the electrode lead-out member to pass through.

    Abstract: A battery includes a housing and multiple electrode core assemblies disposed in the housing. Two adjacent electrode core assemblies are connected in series, each of the electrode core assemblies includes an encapsulation film and one electrode core, and the one electrode core is disposed in an accommodating cavity formed by the encapsulation film. Each of the electrode core assemblies includes a first electrode and a second electrode protruding out of the encapsulation film for leading out a current, a first electrode of a first electrode core assembly is connected to a second electrode of the a second electrode core assembly of the two adjacent electrode core assemblies, a gap between the two adjacent electrode core assemblies is filled with an insulating material to form an insulating spacer between the two adjacent electrode core assemblies, and a connection part of the two adjacent electrode core assemblies is arranged in the insulating spacer.

    Abstract: A cell, a battery pack, and an electric vehicle are provided in the present disclosure. The cell includes a hermetical metal housing and at least two hermetical accommodating cavities, multiple electrode core assemblies, and an encapsulation film arranged in the metal housing. The electrode core assemblies are arranged along a first direction. The electrode core assemblies are connected in series. A length of each electrode core assembly extends along the first direction. The electrode core assembly includes an electrode core assembly body and a first electrode and a second electrode configured to lead out a current. The first electrode and the second electrode are respectively arranged on two sides of the electrode core assembly body along the first direction. At least one of the accommodating cavities is defined by the encapsulation film, and the electrode core assembly body is arranged in the accommodating cavity. A length of the cell extends along the first direction. The length of the cell ranges from 400 mm to 2500 mm. A thickness of the cell extends along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. A ratio of the length to the thickness of the cell ranges from 5 to 250.

    Abstract: A cell includes a housing and at least one electrode core assembly array encapsulated inside the housing. The electrode core assembly array includes N rows and M columns of electrode core assemblies, and the electrode core assembly includes an encapsulation film and at least one electrode core encapsulated inside the encapsulation film. The electrode core assemblies are arranged in rows, and each row includes M electrode core assemblies. The electrode core assemblies are arranged in columns, and each column includes N electrode core assemblies. The N electrode core assemblies in each column are connected in series to form an electrode core assembly string. The M electrode core assembly strings are connected in series. An air pressure between the metal housing and the encapsulation film is lower than an air pressure outside the metal housing.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a lithium-ion battery, including: a housing and a separator located inside the housing, where the separator separates internal space of the housing into a plurality of accommodation cavities, battery core sets are disposed inside the accommodation cavities, the battery core sets each include at least one pole shank, and the battery core sets are connected in series; and at least one separator is provided with a liquid injection hole, and the liquid injection hole is used to connect two adjacent accommodation cavities on two sides of the separator; and a block mechanism, where the block mechanism is located inside the housing, the block mechanism enables the liquid injection hole to be in a predetermined state, and the predetermined state includes an open state and a closed state. The battery provided in the present invention ensures isolation and safety of each battery core set while facilitating liquid injection.

The battery cover plate assembly includes a cover plate, an inner electrode terminal, and an outer electrode terminal. The inner electrode terminal and the outer electrode terminal are electrically connected by using a current interrupt device. The current interrupt device includes a score member and a flipping member. The flipping member is electrically connected to the score member. In addition, the flipping member can act under an effect of air pressure to break a score on the score member. The flipping member forms an elongated structure extending along the cover plate.
