Abstract: A system for multimedia over coax alliance (MoCA) remote monitoring and management includes a gateway and multiple local nodes. The gateway communicates with a service provider. The local nodes perform local diagnostics and communicate diagnostic results to the gateway. The gateway and the local nodes form a MoCA remote entity (MoRE) system. The gateway receives and aggregates diagnostic results of the MORE system and facilitates access to aggregated diagnostic results for the service provider.
