Abstract: The disclosure provides an ink jet printing apparatus. The ink jet printing apparatus includes a support base configured to support the to-be-processed substrate; and a solvent adjusting mechanism, configured to supply a dummy region of the to-be-processed substrate on the support base with a first solvent that is same as a solvent in an ink and adjust a solvent atmosphere of the dummy region of the to-be-processed substrate on the support base, to make the solvent atmosphere of the dummy region of the to-be-processed substrate and that of a center region of the to-be-processed substrate reach a predetermined condition. The solvent adjusting mechanism is arranged on the support base.

Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of display technology, and particularly to a display device and method for fabricating the same. The display device comprises: a substrate; one or more dams which are arranged to surround an active area on the substrate; and a functional film formed in the active area. A method for fabricating a display device comprises: forming one or more dams on a substrate which surround a region to be coated; coating a functional ink in the region to be coated; and forming the functional ink into a functional film. According to the present invention, the dams prevent the functional ink from spreading to a peripheral region of the substrate, which facilitates forming a functional film with a uniform thickness and reduces the consumption of the functional ink.

Abstract: The present invention discloses an array substrate, a method for ink jet printing thereon, an organic electroluminescent display, and a display panel. The array substrate comprises an active region which comprises a plurality of pixel regions arranged in an array, and a contact hole region which is arranged at an outer side of the active region and comprises a plurality of contact holes. An anti-overflow region comprising at least one pixel hole is arranged between the contact hole region and the active region. By means of the pixel hole in the anti-overflow region, during ink jet printing on the array substrate, the ink flowing from the active region to the contact hole region can be made to flow into the pixel hole in the anti-overflow region, thus alleviating the problem in which residual liquid in the contact holes of the contact hole region is difficult to clean up and thus leads to display defects.

Abstract: An organic electroluminescent device and its manufacturing method, and a display device are provided. The manufacturing method of the organic electroluminescent device includes: forming a first electrode on a predetermined region of an insulating base; conducting a surface treatment to an upper surface of the first electrode and an upper surface of the insulating base which is not covered by the first electrode, so that the upper surface of the first electrode is lyophilic and the upper surface of the insulating base which is not covered by the first electrode is lyophobic; forming an electroluminescent layer on the first electrode; and forming a second electrode on the electroluminescent layer. In the organic electroluminescent device formed by the manufacturing method, the electroluminescent layer has a relatively uniform thickness.
