Abstract: Disclosed in the present disclosure are an effect processing method and apparatus, an electronic device and a storage medium. The method includes: obtaining, in response to an effect trigger operation, a liquid effect object and a to-be-processed scene image corresponding to the effect trigger operation; generating an effect scene image based on the liquid effect object and the to-be-processed scene image, and displaying the effect scene image; and adjusting, if a preset liquid level adjustment condition is detected to be achieved, a display liquid level of the liquid effect object, and updating the effect scene image based on the adjusted display liquid level.
